This Icon is made from the high quality natural solid Oak wood. The Icon’s finest details and its sizing involve computer processing technology with manual tuning and the final details are finished by hand with beeswax or environmentally friendly water-based paint. Golden highlights are painted by hand.
You are able to add personal engraving on the back of the icon and we are always happy to offer you free of charge.
You can choose the size from the dropdown menu to the right of the photo. Total thickness of the product between extreme points is 30-35 mm. Thickness of the edge is different for each icon's design and size.
To hang the icon on the wall there is a detent on the back side .
All icons are carefully packaged into polyfoam to prevent the damage during transportation. Of course, in case of damage or loss we will send you the replacement.
Done icon (when it is made to order) may differ a little from those that you see on the photo in color or wood structure. It depends on the wood, quality of the photo, conditions of photography, your screen brightness etc.

If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect address (noticed in order receipt) or if you didn’t pick it up at your local post office and it was returned to us, we can send it back, but you will have to pay the shipping costs even if it is free shipping for your order. In this case you can also receive a refund (except engraved and custom orders) reduced by shipping costs (even if it is free shipping for your order).

Shipping
Economy Shipping is free for USA, Canada, Europe and the rest world
.Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We ship to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at the checkout. We will not change the shipping address once you place the order.
Please notice that depending on your shipment's dimensions or weight you may pay customs and import taxes (usualy for shipments of more than 2 kg). The amount of taxes depends on your country's laws. We are not responsible for them. We can provide invoice to your package.
Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.
For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order.
