Each Kozakworks piece is made from natural wood using a mix of precision CNC carving and careful hand finishing. After the carving process, our team sands, finishes, paints selected details, inspects, and prepares every item by hand. This allows us to create detailed carved artwork while still keeping the warmth and character of a hand-finished piece.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with a free engraving on the back. You can add a name, date, short blessing, dedication, or a meaningful message.

For all U.S. orders, import-related costs are handled in advance, so customers do not need to pay extra customs fees upon delivery. If you have concerns about your specific order, please contact us before purchasing.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most items are made within about 5–7 business days before shipping. Personalized or larger pieces may take a little longer, especially during busy seasons such as Christmas, Easter, First Communion season, and wedding season

About Our Products
Is this real wood?
Most of our pieces are made from natural oak wood. Oak is strong, durable, and has a beautiful natural grain, which makes every item slightly unique. Some details may include hand-painted accents, gold tones, or protective finishing depending on the design.
Is every piece exactly the same?
No, and that is part of the beauty of natural wood. Since every piece of oak has its own grain, color tone, and texture, small natural variations are normal. Your item may look slightly different from the photos, but it will have the same design, quality, and overall appearance.
Are your icons and crosses printed or carved?
Our pieces are carved in wood, not simply printed on a flat surface. Many designs have a raised relief texture and detailed carved elements. Some items may also include hand-painted accents to bring more depth and warmth to the design.
Personalization & Engraving
Where is the engraving placed?
Engraving is usually placed on the back of the item, so the front remains clean and focused on the sacred image or design. This makes the message personal without changing the appearance of the artwork.
What can I write for the engraving?

How long can the engraving text be?

Can I see a proof before engraving?
If you would like to review the engraving before production, please leave a note when placing your order or contact us shortly after purchase. We will do our best to help before the item goes into production..
Ordering & Production
Is my item made after I order?
Many items are made to order, especially personalized pieces. Some popular designs may be available in stock, but we still carefully inspect and prepare each item before shipping.
Can I request a custom design?
In some cases, yes. If you have a custom idea, a special size, or a specific religious image in mind, please contact us before ordering. We will let you know if it is possible and whether there is an additional cost.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, we can usually help with changes. Once the item has been carved, painted, engraved, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Personalized and made-to-order items cannot always be canceled once work has begun

How long does shipping to the USA take?
After production, shipping to the USA usually takes about 8–10 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal workload.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can sometimes happen due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package has not updated for several days, please contact us. We will help check the tracking and guide you through the next steps.
Can I order a gift and ship it directly to someone else?

Do your pieces come ready to hang?

Can the item stand on a shelf?
Some smaller pieces may work well on a shelf, mantel, desk, or prayer table ans some have a stand included. If you want a piece specifically for standing display, please check the product details or contact us before ordering.
How do I choose the right size?
For a small prayer corner or bedroom, a smaller size may be enough. For a living room, entryway, or above a mantel, a larger piece usually creates a stronger focal point. If you are unsure, measure the wall space before ordering and compare it with the dimensions listed on the product page
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and the natural tone of the wood. Hand-painted details and wood grain may also vary slightly from piece to piece.

How should I care for my wooden wall art?
Keep your piece indoors, away from direct moisture, extreme heat, and long exposure to direct sunlight. To clean it, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, water, or abrasive cleaners.
Can I hang it in a bathroom or outdoors?
We recommend indoor use only. Bathrooms, outdoor areas, and very humid spaces may affect the wood and finish over time.
Is the wood protected?
Yes, our pieces are finished to help protect the surface and enhance the natural beauty of the wood. However, they should still be treated as indoor decorative and devotional items.
